Do I need to create an account on FlixaFashion to place an order?


No, you don’t need an account. You can place an order as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and get faster checkout.

How do I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log in to your FlixaFashion account and check the order status under My Orders.

I have an account but forgot my password. How do I access it?


Click on Forgot Password at login and enter your registered email. You’ll receive a reset link instantly.

Can I cancel an order?


Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you may request an exchange.

Is it possible to make custom garments?


Currently, we don’t offer fully custom garments. However, you can select from multiple sizes, styles, and fits from our collection.

Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?


We use professional photography and editing to display products as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Do you ship just within India or worldwide?


Currently, FlixaFashion ships Pan-India. We are working on launching international shipping soon.

How do I order a garment that is out of stock?


You can click on Notify Me on the product page. We’ll send you an alert as soon as the product is back in stock.

Can I get my order gift-wrapped
